CASE <br /> <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO <br />CHAPTER 9 (ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND), <br />SECTION 9.11 (PERFORMANCE STANDARDS), SECTION 9.12 (SIGNS), <br /> SECTION 9.13 (SOILS), AND SECTION 9.14 (SOLID WASTE) <br /> By: Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />For the past several meetings, the Planning Commission has been reviewing revisions of Chapter <br />9,. the Zoning and Subdivision Code. The Planning' Commission has already reviewed the <br />Subdivision Ordinance, the Business and Employment Districts, and the Administration and <br />Definition sections of Chapter 9. Staff is now bringing forward the following additional sections <br />of Chapter 9 for your review and public heating: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br /> <br />Section 9.11 (Performance Standards) <br />Section 9.12 (Signs) <br />Section 9.13 (Soils) <br />Section 9.14 (Solid Waste) <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Loren Gordon of Hoisington and ~oegler Group will be at the Planning Commission meeting to <br />review the proposed changes to the Performance Standards, Sign, Soils, and Solid Waste <br />Ordinances. <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />Forward the proposed amendments to City Council for adoption. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council adopt ordinances to amend Sections 9.11 <br />Performance Standards, 9.12 Signs, 9.13 Soils, and 9.14 Solid Waste of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Principal Planner <br />Associate Planner <br /> <br />PC: 7/10/03 <br /> <br />Copy To: <br />Loren Gordon, HKG <br /> <br />39 <br /> <br /> <br />
