The percentage was not functioning the way it was intended to be used in order to be <br />an asset to the City. <br /> <br />Commissioner Olds raised the question that if there is 10 years of dry weather, what was wetland <br />10 years ago would then be dried up and would that still be wetlands. <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos responded there is a finite science to determine that. <br /> <br />Chairperson Cook stated the DNR wetland boundaries do not change. If a developer deemed a <br />wetland buildable, another area would need to be mitigated to provide the wetland. <br /> <br />· Note: Comprehensive Plan Public Hearing on January 24, 2002 <br /> <br />Items that should be discussed include Sunfish Lake area planning; updating the trail maps; <br />issues along T.H. #47; and lawful gambling. <br /> <br />· Note: Anoka County Parks Agenda <br /> <br />This agenda is prepared the same day as the Park and Recreation's agenda and therefore cannot <br />be included. <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos stated it is important for the Park and Recreation Commission <br />and the City Council to meet periodically. He said he would like to schedule a joint workshop to <br />discuss items and then move into the finance meeting. He suggested the date be January 22nd.
