On June. 24,2001 <br />a'citizen petition were submitted to the Minnesota <br />'Environmental Quality Board requesting that an EAW be <br />done. Because this project was withdrawn by out' Company <br />at the June 26, 2001 City Council meeting, no decision was <br />made on the need to do an EAW by the Ramsey City <br />Council.
