' ' <br /> <br />Performance Standards: Site PIan Review of the town-homes and apartment building will <br />establish appropriate performance standards relating to setbacks, lot coverage, landscaping, <br />parking, screening, architectural standards, mhnimum floor areas, etc. <br /> <br />Grading and Drainage: The site has a rolling topo~aphy and is bounded on the west and <br />south by DNR protected wetland 114p. Drainage fi.om the development is collected by storm <br />sewer and is transmitted into four detention ponds which are located throu~mhout the <br />development. The exception to this are the seven single family lots on 145~ Court which <br />will drain eastward into the detention pond located at 145t~ and Junkite Street. The adequacy <br />of these basins will need to be confirmed by the Lower Rum River Water Management <br />Agency (L1LRWMO) through their permitting process.
