Site Plan Review: Sunwood Estates <br />P~te 5 of 5 <br />Janua~w 25, 2002 <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />Mailboxes: The placement of the mailboxes for the town.home development should be <br />located within the private driveway collectors subject to the postal services ability to provide <br />se~wice along private streets. If it is determined that the postal service will not provide <br />service on private collectors, the design and clustering of the mailboxes along the public <br />street is subject to the review and approval of the Streets Supervisor. <br /> <br />25. Recreational Faeilities: The site plan is proposing to provide two neighborhood recreational <br /> areas that will include a ch/ldren's play structure, picn/c and grill facilities. <br /> <br />24. <br /> <br />Sidewalk: Sidewalks currently ex/st on both sides of Sunwood Drive. The sire plan <br />proposes to install sidewalks within the neighborhood linking all units to each other and the <br />two recreational areas. The sidewalk plan. is acceptable provided that it meets ADA <br />requirements and has the. appropriate radius where the walk meets the City sidewalk at <br />Sunwood Drive. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 7, 2002, <br />.at the Ramsey Fire Station #2, 15050 Armstrong Blvd. NW, to review your proposed site plan. I <br />suggest that you, or your representative, be present at the meeting to answer any questions that <br />may arise.
