2006

#16 Trott Brook Trail Corridor

$2,015,000

This project could be the single most important recreational and natural resource investment the City will
make and may come to define one aspect of Ramsey outside of it's borders. The approximate 6-mile valley
traverses the Northern 1/3rd of the city and is the largest, contiguous, undeveloped corridor in this part of
the county. Partnership opportunities are many, as are the sustainable recreational uses.
The magnitude of the endeavor is such that it may only be undertaken by State participation like LCMR
funding.

#17 Titterud Park Irrigation

$40,000

This present day dollar amount indicates the imgation of most.of the 13-acre park.

Future Proposed Projects ?

· Community Center
· Remaining segments of trail for Alpine Drive
Trees and landscape for all parks
Hockey rinks and warming house/community building for Alpine park
· Trail connection to Anoka at 'Kings Island'
· Trail connections to Elk River [3 plus]
· Fishing Pier for the Mississippi
· Elevated crossing of the Railroad tracks and Hwy #10
