An eagle scout candidate and his crew are building a wildlife blind for viewing Wargo's bald eagles. But it is true! Christopher Harris, a Z2m grade student from Blaine high school, is constructing the structure for his eagle scout project. The blind will enable viewers to sit on a bench and gaze toWard the eagle nest and a favorite perching tree of these birds. Harris designed the blind and met with Wargo volunteer Tom Crum to pick the site. Crum spent numerous hours observing and taking photographs of the eagles the last two years. The blind, built primarily of wood and Camouflage netting, will allow' visitors to observe the eagles out-of-sight and in comfort.
