The sketch plan shows a building <br />and impacts to the wetland, wh/ch will require approval from the Lower Rum River Watershed <br />Management Organization. <br /> <br />Gradin,* and Drainaee: A detailed drainage and Fading plan will be required at preliminary <br />plat. <br /> <br /> <br />
