Labor may be organized by Twin Cities Tree Trust or similar
philanthropic organizations.

# Hexagonal multi-use shelter at Fire Station #2

$60,000

2OO5

#10 Lake Itasca Park

$900,000

It is projected within this document, that by 2005, the properties South of Alpine Drive,
both east and West, of Puma Street may be proposed for development. It is this
development that would provide the impetus and Park Dedication funds for the first
phase construction of Ramsey's last of 5, Community Parks.

#11 Elmcrest Creek Trail

$115,000

This trail development project, like the one above, is projected within the 5-year plan as
being funded and built, concurrent with development in the immediate vicinity.
The trail would link Elmcrest Park to Central Park and the neighborhoods in between.
Storm Water Utility funds are proposed as the ditching project for the upper stretch of
'Elmcrest Creek' may also occur in this timeframe. The utility monies may be used to
acquire multi use easements, or similar shared benefits between funding sources.

#12 Elmcrest Park Entrance Improvements

$25,000

General Fund dollars are proposed for the signage of the entrance to this park. Grant
monies may also be available to expand the scope of the project.
