Rd. #83 Trail from 167th Lane to Alpine Dr. - to Lake Itasca $220,000 <br /> <br />Construction of this trail would be primahly in the R.O.W. of Armstrong Boulevard and <br />Alpine Drive. The route would be from the North end of the Lake Itasca Trail, South to <br />Alpine Drive, then West to the trail adjacent to the lake. This project has been in the 5- <br />year plan for several years and in addition to the recreational values, enhances safety for <br />motorists and pedestrians alike. The Landfill Trust fund is currently shown as a partial <br />match with potential State or DNR Trail Grant monies. <br /> <br />#10b Sunfish Lake 'Shoreside' Park 144th Ave to Fox Knoll Trail - ' · $52,800 <br /> <br />#10c Elmcrest's T.H. 47 Entrance to River Pines Trail <br /> <br />$32,000 <br /> <br />10d Trott Brook Cemetar¥ to Elmcrest Park Trail <br /> <br />10e Alpine Dr [Fox Knoll]~ alon~ Co. The $25,000 <br />would be added to the parks Depreciation Fund value [estimated here at $30,000].
