Given these facts, staff would propose that some form of additional landscaping be. located along the western border to screen the e,,dsting lots on Argon St. Please be prepared to discuss this matter at the Planning Commission meeting on November 7, 2002. For your information, in previous cases similar to yours, the Planning Commission and City Council has taken a case by case approach in trying to determine what would be necessary to fulfill density transition obligations. Factors that they look at include surrounding lot size and e,'dsting vegetation and ~ades. 12. Stormwater Management: The City has established a storm water management fee that must be paid prior to release of the final plat for recording. The 2002 rate is $375 per lot. Park Dedication: The City has established a park dedication fee that must be paid prior to release of the final plat for recording. The 2002 rate is $1700 per lot. The Park and Recreation Commission will be reviewing your preliminary plat at their regular meeting on November 14, 2002. 15.
