4) <br /> <br />Public vs. Private Streets <br />The Public Works Committee recommended that the issue be brought to the Planning <br />Commission for a recommendation of their use. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />Storrnwater Management Fee Consideration for Partial Improvements <br /> <br />The Public Works Committee recommended forwarding the request to the City Attorney <br />for review and response. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Flendriksen, seconded by Mayor Garnec, to ratify the <br />recommendations of the Public Works Committee. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Flendriksen, Anderson, Kurak, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />City Engineer Olson presented the Council with a maintenance agreement that would be signed <br />by property owners along T.H. g47 to provide landscaping maintenance in the area where the <br />soundwall was not constructed. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendr/ksen, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to adopt Resolution <br />#0 1-08~3 l 7 approving the maintenance agreement for landscaping along T.H. #47. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Kurak, Anderson, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />M_r. and Mrs. Chapman, Mallard Ponds, stated that they live at the end of Argon Street and <br />inquired if the end of the road has already been completed because according to the developer it <br />is. <br /> <br />City Engineer Olson replied that the end of the road is not completed and what was agreed upon <br />by the developer and the City Was included in the development agreement so staff will discuss <br />the issue with the developer. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik noted that staff does have a meeting scheduled with <br />the Chapmans to review the issue. <br /> <br />Case #13: Report from the Personnel Committee <br /> <br />The Personnel Committee met on August 28,200 l, to discuss the following cases: <br /> <br />City Council/August 21t, 2001 <br /> Page 34 of 36 <br /> <br /> <br />
