SO WHAT CAN BE DONE?

Here are a few ideas:

Direct ALL traffic out onto Highway 47, entirely eliminating the need for
making a new road along our baclcyards and the park: (Apply for an
extra access permit from the MZN Dept of Transportation).

There is already an access onto 47 on Lord of Life's property. Utilize
this access by running the road from the housing South to the current
access.

Permit Lord of Life to build only ONE housing tm/t - the SouthernmOst
one labeled "phase 2" by the ex/sting access on Lord of Life's property.
That way, the road issue is solved. We f~el this is the best solution for all
involved.

DO NOT allow the trees to get cut down at the property line. Direct that
the plans be changed to show that, if they indeed need a road, that k be
run right up next to the current parking lot; not keeping space open in
between the current lot and the new road because they m/ght want to
someday add 25 or so more parking spots in between there. Our feeling
is that respecting and preserving the single-family residential atmosphere.
bordering the property is more important t. han a few parking spots!

Require that BOTH the trees, be kept AND a 6 to 8 foot'Pi-i'~acy fence run
alor~gside the eastern and northern property lines along single-farrdly
residential and city park property in order to provide safety for children
playing and privacy for our single-family neig/2borhood.

-¢
