IN SUiVflvIARY~

Obviously, our preference would be that NO kig~h-density, multi family units
be built behind us on the church property. Alternately, with a few
modifications, the un/ts (or a unit) could still be placed there, but
modifications made to the plan [n order to preserve our neighborhood of
s/n~e-family homes akeady squeezed in a busy area. To further close us in
with yet another road and more traffic would be a HUGE disservice,,o~0~ur~
, single-family residential area. Lord of Life has put their plans on paper,
but now is the time to look. how it afz%cts EVERYONE, specifically those
who share the property,, line with Lord of Life.

Final observations about other neighborhoods in the area:

Savannah Oaks Senior Housing: Hw? 47 and 5: a large strip of dense,
full trees has been kept between that h_[g2~-density, multi-family housing unit
and the backyards of the single family homes that border it. (Dysprosium
St. side)

River Pines (Orrin ThOmpson homes): Hwy 47 and 157th: Plans
originally were for regular city lots in the whole development. However,
Orrin Thompson was directed to change their plans to respect the
homeowners currently in the area with acreage. The change meant that the
£~rh phase must have 1-acre parcels backed up to the current homeowners
land, in effect giving them a "buffer" from city-lot-s/zed homes.

Thank. you for helping us resolve this matter. Please help us keep a buffer
berwe'en single-family housing and hi-gt2-density, multi-farnily units.

Very, Sincerely,

Jim and Lauri Hanson
14651 Fluorine St. NWl
422-9t06

-52-
76
