Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01-08- RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # TO REZONE CERTAIaN PROPERTY FROM B-I, BUSINESS AND R-3U, LOW DENSITY MITLTI FAMILY URBAN TO lVlR, HIGH DENSITY MULTI FAMILY RESIDENTLiL URBAN WHEREAS, the CiD/received an application to rezone certain property in accordance with Section 9.03.03 (Zoning .4anendments) of the Ramsey City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 'OF THE CITY OF tLi. MSEY, AxNOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That Lord of Life Church hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has properly applied to rezone certain property, from B-I Business and R-3U Residential to Multipl ~e Residential. That the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.03 of the City Code on August 7, 200l and said public hearing was properly advertised, and the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. 3. That the property proposed to be rezoned is legally described as follows: That part of the NW ¼ of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as commencing at the center of section of said Section 25; thence South 89 degrees 21 minutes 46 seconds West, assumed bemS'ng along the south line of the SE ¼ of said NW ¼ of Section 25 a distance of 763.04 feet-to a point on said line distant 558.02 feet easterly of the SW comer of the SE ¼ of said NW ¼ and the point of beginning of the property to be described; thence North 00 degrees 22 Minutes 40 seconds East 144.16 feet; thence North 80 degrees 49 minutes 24 seconds East 178.40; thence North 07 degrees 33 minutes 31 seconds West 512.34 feet thence North.89 degrees 37 minutes 25 seconds West 290.69 feet; thence Nor*& 01 degrees 44 minutes 08 seconds West 381.17 feet to a line parallel to the South line of the E ½ of said NW ¼; thence North 89 degrees 21 minutes 46 seconds East 461.27 feet to a point on the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as laid out and traveled distant 1083 feet northerly as measured along said centerline ii'om said south line of the SE ¼ of said NW ~/i thence southerly along said centerline 1083 feet to said south line of the SE ¼ of the NW ¼; thence South 89 degrees 21 minutes 48 seconds West 468.34 feet to the point of beginning.
