Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #,01-09- A RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING FINDINGS AND AUTHORIZING CITY STAFF TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL FOR AN AMENDMENT TO TH-E COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WHEREAS, on July 17, 2001, the City of Rarnsey received a request for an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan from Lord of Life Church (the Applicants) for the purpose of amending the land use designation of the following legally described property: That part of the NW ¼ of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as commencing at the center of section of said Section 25; thence South 89 degrees 21 minutes 46' seconds West, assumed bearing along the south line-of the SE ¼ of said NW ¼ of Section 25 a distance of 763.04 feet to a point on said line distant 558.02 feet easterly of the SW comer of the SE ¼ of said NV/¼ and the point of beginning of the property to be described; thence North 00 degrees 22 Minutes 40 seconds East 144.
