(the S ubj ect Property,) <br /> <br /> gaYD WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan Amendment approved in 1995 showed the <br />subject property's designated land use as commercial and medium density residential; and <br /> <br /> WH_E~AS, the March 2001 Draft Comprehensive Plan proposes to designate the <br />Subject Property as high 'density residential; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on September 4, 2001, conducted a <br />public hearing, and recommended that the Ramsey City Council approve .the request for an <br />amendment to the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br /> WI-II~REAS, the City has/has not determined that changing the land use designation to <br />high density resident/al is beneficial to the City as a whole. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />R.
