SO WTZ~AT C,~¥ BE DONE?

Here we a few ideas:

Direct ALL tra~c out onto Highway 47, entirely eliminating the need for
making a new road along our bactcyards and the park. (Apply for an
extra access permit from the MiW Dept of Tragsponation).

There is already an access onto 47 on Lord of LLfe's property. Utilize
th,is access by running the road from the homing South to the current;
aCCeSS.

Perm/t Lord of Life to build only ONE housing unit - the Southern_most
one labeled "phase 2" by the existing access on Lord of Life's property.
That way, the road issue is solved. We feel this is the best solution for all
involved.

DO NOT allow the trees to get cut down at the property line. Direct 'that
the plans be changed to show that, if they indeed need a road, that it be
run right up next to the current parking lot; not keeping space open in
between the current Iot and the new road became they n-fight want to
someday add 25 or so more parking spots in between there. Our feeling.
is that respecting and preserving the single-family residential atmosphere
bordering the property is more Lmportant than a few parking spots[

Require that BOTH the trees be kept AzN-D a 6 to 8 foot privacy fence run
alo,..n'gside Me eastern and northern property lines along single-family
residential and city park property in order to provide safety for cNldren
playing and privacy for our single-family neig2aborhood.

-76-
100
