~ SUlV2~LaRY ~

Obviously, o~ preference would be that NO higJa-density, muki family units
be built behind us on the church property. Akernately, with a few
modifications, the units (or a unit) could still be Placed there, but
modifications made to the plan in order to preserve our neigj-iborhood of
sinCe-family homes already squeezed in a busy area. To furffier close us in
with yet another road and 'more traffic would be a.HUGE disservic o~ur¢.o~)
- sinCe-family residential area. Lord of Life has Put their plans on Paper,
but now is the time to look how ii affects EVERYONE, Speci.ficMly those
who share the property line with Lord of Life.

Final observations about other nei~.qhborhoods in the' area:

Savannah Oaks Senior Housing: Hwy 47 and 5: a large strip of dense,
full trees has been kept between that hi*~2-density, multi-family housing unit
and the backyards of the single family homes that border it. (Dysprosium
S t. side)

River Pines (Orrin Thompson homes): Hwy 47 and 157~h: Plans
originally were for regular city lots in the whole development. However,
Orrin Thompson was directed to change their plans to respect the
homeowners currently in the area with acreage. The 'change meant that the
fifth phase must have l-acre parcels backed up to the current homeowners
land, in effect ~ving them a "buffer" ~om city-lot-sized homes. '

Thank .you for helping us resolve this matter. Please help us keep a buffer
berwe'~n single-family housing and hig/2-density, multi-family un/ts.

Very Sincerely,

Jim and Laufi Hanson
14651 Fluor/ne St. NW
422-9106
