iV. The signboard shall be constructed of wood, acrylic, aluminum or metal and shall be architecturally compatible with the style, composition, materials, colors and details of the building. No part of the sign shall encroach on the right-of-way and its location shall not interfere with pedestrian or vehicular circulation. vi.
