The master plan shall be submitted to the City staff for review and <br />comment, to insure compliance with other City codes and <br />re~lations. <br /> <br />The master plan shall be submitted to the Town Center Review <br />Board for its review and comment. The Town Center Review <br />Board shall review the proposed project for its compatibility with <br />the Town Center Master Plan and desig-n standards and make-a <br />recommendation to the Planning Commission and City regarding <br />the proposed development. <br /> <br />ho <br /> <br /> The Planning Commission shall review the Master Plan during a <br /> scheduled-Planning Commission meeting. Following the review, <br />'the Planning' Commission. shall submit in writing to the' City. <br /> Council its report, its findings, and its recommendation as to the <br /> appropr/ateness of the Master Plan. <br /> <br />The Master Plan shall be scheduled for a Council meeting within <br />30 days after the submittal of the Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />j. The City Council shall approve, postpone, or disapprove the <br /> Master Plan. <br /> <br />Subd. l0 Preliminary Plat and Site Plan <br /> <br />Requk,~ments for Prelim/nary Plans <br /> <br /> i. Preliminary Site Plan. The preliminary site plan shall be <br /> drawn at a scale of one inch equals 50 feet, 100 feet, or 200. <br /> feet. The submission may be composed of one or more <br /> sheets and drawings and shall include: <br /> <br /> 1. Location of all proposed buildings and their <br /> proposed uses; <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Location of driveways and parking areas (all <br />driveways and parking areas must include curbing); <br /> <br />3. Indicate front, side and.rear yard setbacks proposed; <br /> <br />Indicate square footage and dimensions of all <br />proposed lots; and; .... <br /> <br />5. Location of all easements, width and purpose. <br /> <br /> <br />
