ii. <br /> <br />111. <br /> <br />Landscape Plan. The landscape plan shall be prepared at <br />a scale of one inch equals 50 feet and shall contain the <br />following information: <br /> <br />1. Indicate are~ for benning and sodding; <br /> <br />I_ndicare the location of proposed plantings, identify <br />plant materials; <br /> <br />3. Indicate any existing vegetation; and <br /> <br />4. Indicate any trees to be removed. <br /> <br />Grading and Drainage Plan. The grading and drminage <br />plan shall be drawn at a scale of one inch equals 50 feet, <br />100 feet or 200 feet and shall contain the following <br />Lnformation: <br /> <br />Existing and proposed, ~ades With a minimum of <br />two foot contour intervals to a known sea level <br />datum; <br /> <br />Sufficient spot elevations on all proposed hard <br />surface areas; <br /> <br />Estimated runoff of the area based on !0 and 100 <br />year storm events; <br /> <br />Provisions to carry runoff to the nearest adequate <br />outlet, such as storm drain, natural drainage way, or <br />street; <br /> <br />Locanion of proposed pending areas, indicating the <br />size and depth of the pond mhd amount of acre feet <br />of water to be stored; <br /> <br />Finished floor elevations of all buildings; <br /> <br />Identify soils by type and location, including <br />identiScation of the water table, and suitability of <br />soil for the proposed development; and · <br /> <br />Identify a_ny areas located in a flood hazard zone as <br />identified by the Department of Natural P, esources. <br /> <br />52 <br /> <br /> <br />
