· Rivenwick 3rd <br /> <br /> · Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos updated the Commission on Pdvenwick 3rd addition. <br /> <br />· Central Parks Irrigation Project <br /> <br /> Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos stated seventeen thousand dollars that was projected was <br /> what was needed to get the job done. <br /> <br />· Traprock Commons Surplus Property <br /> <br /> Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos explained the building at Traprock has been torn down <br /> but the cement is still there and the existing boards are still up <br /> <br /> Chairperson Johns indicated a resident asked about using this park and she explained the <br /> Commissions concerns about the building with her. <br /> <br />Commissioner Shryock noted there was a sign up by the gun club and she did not know what it <br />was for. <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos stated the only thing he was aware of in that area would be a <br />home occupation application. <br /> <br />· Master Trail Plan <br /> <br />Parks/utilities Supervisor Boos handed out the Master Trail Plan to the Commission and <br />explained that they were using LHB Engineers for this. He noted he had replaced the <br />project manager on this and he would like the Commission to critique this and let him <br />know of any changes. <br /> <br />Commissioner Rolfe asked how the billings were coming on this. <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos explained he was holding payment on this until the report <br />was at least eighty percent done and that the greatest leverage they have is bad PR for the <br />company and he.has been increasing the pressure. <br /> <br />Commissioner Ostrum asked what they owed on this. <br /> <br />Chairperson Johns commented that she thought they had some timelines set for this. <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos explained there were certain things happening in the City <br />that justified them not meeting the original timeline. He stated the Council authorized <br />$54,000.00 for this and they are in access of $45,000.00 but he has used the engineers for <br />the City's maps.
