In reference to the final plan of the planned unit development, <br />in overview, paragraph 5 it states: <br /> <br />"The other rural commercial portion of the project would not be <br />developed at any specified date, but zoning would be requested <br />such that development could occur as soon as an appropriate <br />usage is found." <br /> <br /> *We believe the golf course maintenece area should be built <br />on the designated commercial use area, if moved at all. <br /> <br />In reference to findings of fact regarding Rum River Hill's <br />planned unit development: <br /> <br />Finding's of fact 0065 <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />That the proposed used will not be detrimental to present <br />and future land use's in the surrounding area's. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />That the planned development will not have an undue and <br />adverse impact on the reasonable enjoyment of neighboring <br />property. <br /> <br />Finding's of fact 0097 <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That the proposed development will not be detrimental to <br />present and future land use's in the surrounding area. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />That the Rum River Hill's development will not have and <br />undue and adverse impact on the reasonable enjoyment of <br />neighboring property. <br /> <br />In reveiwing theese fact's the intent of the City Council was <br />very clear before entering into and agreeing with Rum River's <br />Meadow's Associates, developer owner. <br /> <br /> <br />
