Properties <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the regular Planning Commission meeting back to order at 7:36 p.m. <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request to Rezone Certain Property from B-3 Highway Business to <br /> R.1 Urban Residential; Case of L.A.N.D. Properties <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik reported that Dana Grosslein of L.A.N.D. Properties has applied to <br />rezone that part of PIN 34-32-25-14-0017 lying south of Riverdale Drive from B-3 Highway <br />Business to R- 1 Urban Residential. She explained that prior to the City's extension of Riverdale <br />Drive, the subject property was one parcel with the property now located north of Riverdale Drive, <br />however, that part of the property on the north side will retain its commercial zoning. <br /> <br />Planning Commission/October 3, 1995 <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
