Case #3: Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik advised that the thoroughfare setbacks case is proposed to be on the October 10 City <br />Council agenda. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer inquired about the modifications to the Anchor's Away plan, and Ms. <br />Frolik replied that the building was reduced in size. <br /> <br />Case #4: Zoning Bulletin and Zoning News <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer noted a pertinent case. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer provided the Planning Commissioners with a copy of a letter the City <br />received from resident Richard P. Moler concerning the Planning Commission's August 1 meeting <br />and compared it to the minutes from that meeting. This letter is attached to these minutes as Exhibit <br />A. Commissioner Deemer felt that "Mr. Moler must have been at a different meeting," and he <br />thought that the Commission should have this letter for informational purposes since it slanders the <br />whole Planning Commission. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners LaDue, Hendriksen, Deemer, <br />and Terry. Voting No: None.
