PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a special meeting on Thursday, November 30, <br />1995, at Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br />Commissioner Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Comm~ssloner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thomd <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Neil Pratt - 6328 Highway #10 - Asked the Commission if they have resolved a complaint <br />submitted on November 9, 1995. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik informed the Commission and Mr. Pratt that she has sent a letter to <br />the fee title owner for a solution to the condition of premises at 6326 Riverdale Drive N.W. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Thomd to approve the agenda <br />as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Hendriksen, <br />Holland, LaDue, Terry, and Thorud. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Discussion Regarding Enforcement of City Code Pertaining to <br />Storage of Commercial Vehicles in Residential Districts. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik reviewed the events leading to this meeting and noted the suggestions <br />submitted by the public. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated that earlier in the week, he and another Commissioner toured the City <br />noting areas in violation of the present zoning regulations. He estimated that half of the noted areas <br />were violations and the other half were looking at violations.
