a. The vehicles and/or equipment shall be screened to a degree of 75% opacity from <br /> adjacent parcels, public property or fights of way. <br /> <br />The vehicles and/or equipment shall be stored only on the side yard or rear yard of the <br />subject property and said items shall be stored only on a bituminous paved, concrete, <br />con bit, or prepared gravel, or other City approved equivalent surface. <br /> <br />5. If these conditions cannot be met, the property owner can apply for an interim usc permit. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to draft amendment to <br />City Code regarding parking/storing commercial vehicles in residential district, submit it for review <br />at the December 5, 1995 Planning Commission meeting, make any changes directed and forward <br />draft to concerned residents and City Council for review at their December 12, 1995 meeting and, <br />to request that Council schedule a public hearing regarding the amendment to be held at the regular <br />January meeting of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Hendriksen, <br />Holland, LaDue, Terry, and Thorud.
