This plat results from a petition for the extension of sewer and water
improvements to Haubrich Addition. All lots in the plat meet the minimum area and dimensional
requirements for urban residential lots. City Staff recommends approval of this minor subdivision.

City Engineer Jankowski explained that the drainage plan would be the same as for the Juskiewicz
Addition with the exception that a good portion of the back yards will drain into a natural low
depression on the adjacent school property.

Jim Green asserted that eve~thing from three of the lots (75%) would run to the nature area on the
school property.

Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to approve the sketch
plan of Green Addition contingent upon no substantial change to the Park dedication as proposed.
If the Park and Recreation Commission decides to take or improve any property, the sketch plan
will return to the Planning Commission for review.

Motion carried. Voting No: None.

Case #4: Request for Sketch Plan Review of Phillips Addition to Ramsey;
Case of City of Ramsey

Zoning Administrator Frolik reported that the City of Ramsey recently entered into an agreement
with A1 Phillips of Allron to plat the Altron property severed by the extension of Sunwood Drive in
exchange for receiving ownership of the new lot created on the north side of Sunwood Drive.
Both lots resulting from the property split meet the minimum area and dimension requirements for
the Industrial District. The developability of the lot attained by the City is yet to be determined, but
it is anticipated that the lot will receive public access from Sunwood Drive.

Commissioner Deemer inquired if Altron will receive right-of-way also.

Planning Commission/December 5, 1995
