Phase 2 of Business Park 95. The City has started the platting process for the second phase of' the <br />Business Park 95 Addition. This phase will take the boundaries of the park all the way to the City <br />limits, including the recently purchased Spolm property. <br /> <br />New facility for Automated EDM. The City has completed negotiations with Automated EDM for <br />the construction of a new 11,900 square foot manufacturing facility. The new facility will be located <br />across Uranium Street from the new Carbon Product Technology Building. The use of this area is a <br />part of the reason for completing Phase 2 of Business Park 95. <br /> <br />Land Use Plan: For the Commission's review, Mr. Gromberg distributed the latest draft of the land <br />use plan for the City. The EDC members should review the document and bring their comments <br />back to the next EDC meeting on January 4, 1996. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Nelson and seconded by Commissioner Stafki to adjourn the meeting of the <br />Economic Development Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Wagner, Commissioners Nelson, Kent, and Stafki. Voting <br />No: None.
