Mr. Schroeder replied yes, basically, but also that both properties can better be served with <br />the pipe. SuperAmerica can be served from the #116 pipe and the City property with a pipe <br />from 142nd; doing it in the middle is a cheaper way to do it. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman expressed his agreement with Mr. Jankowski. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to <br />recommend Council authorization to acquire utility easement from Blue Velvet Car Wash at <br />$1 per square foot. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Beyer inquired if this easement could have been <br />received when the Car Wash came in for an expansion. Mr. Schroeder replied that he did <br />not know and added that the City cannot hold up a building permit or site plan approval for <br />an easement. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beahen and <br />Beyer. Voting No: None.' Absent: CouncilmemberPeterson. <br /> <br />Case #5: Review Enterprise Funds and Related Requests - 1996 Budget <br /> <br />- and - <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Review Economic Development Authority Fund - 1996 Budget <br />Requests <br /> <br />Finance Officer Hart handed out the requests and projections for the Enterprise Funds and <br />also the Economic Development Authority Fund. She gave a brief overview of the order <br />that is currently recommended for these funds and informed the Committee that due to lack <br />of time, these requests would be gone over in detail at a future meeting. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beahen, Zimmerman and <br />Beyer. Voting No: None.
