As the trail system is further developed, other projects of this kind can be
undertaken. Any additions of this kind would benefit both the economic and
environmental values of our city.

- Does the project have more than one potential user group?

Any and every resident of Ramsey is a potential user of this project.

- Does the project represent a component of a larger City plan?

Again, this project is an addition to the trail currently in place.

- Are trees or other natural resources adversely affected?

Just the opposite. This project adds to our natural resources.

- Are there tangential benefits associated with the project that clearly benefit residents?

Yes. The addition of trees improves our environment.

~ Is the project innovative?

Yes. The fact that the project has the City, a homeowners association and a group
of homeowners all working together is a deviation from the norm.

- Does the project leverage resources beyond that of the City and its residents?

Only in the fact that some of the materials will be obtained from businesses outside
the City of Ramsey.

- How is the project disability sensitive?

The trail itself is disability sensitive. This project would provide an additional area
for anyone using the trail to rest.

- Are Ramsey businesses or contractors recipients of expenditures?

Yes. Trees and shrubs will be purchased from Wirz's Nursery. Whenever
possible, this project will utilize other Ramsey businesses or contractors.
