Basic landscape plans are done. No actual <br /> work has been started. <br /> <br />- Are any individuals or interests adversely affected? <br /> <br /> No, quite to the contrary. Everything and everyone should be positively affected <br /> by this project. <br /> <br />- Is the applicant prepared to make financial commitments for future operation7 <br /> <br /> Yes. The Northfork Homeowners Association is willing to maintain this area. <br /> <br />- Has the project been reviewed by any other potential funder? <br /> <br /> No, <br /> <br />- ts there an economic development aspect? <br /> <br /> None other than the fact that this project will purchase as much as possible from <br /> Ramsey businesses. <br /> <br />- Does the project provide for a recreational facet not yet developed? <br /> <br /> The trail currently in place is the first of it's kind in this city. This project is meant <br /> to enhance the trail system, <br /> <br />- Does the project have a high degree of repetition? <br /> <br /> <br />
