Project Considerations <br /> <br />The following statements are intended to encourage quality projects that best address needs and <br />provide optimum return on City participation, Please provide a response to each item: attachments <br />are welcome. <br /> <br />Describe the project's time line from start to completion. <br /> <br />February, 1995 .... Design the Boardwalk for the Wetland Area <br /> Recognize the receipt of Lawful Gambling Grant in PTA Newsletter <br /> and in special flyer to parents from RELA to notify of future needs <br /> <br />March, 1995. Organize and purchase materials <br /> <br />March, 1995 ....Set-up volunteer work dates, <br /> Build sections of the boardwalk. <br /> <br />April to June, <br /> <br />1995 ... <br /> Finalize volunteer work dates, <br /> Organize the boardwalk's assembly in stages with appropriate <br /> volunteers for each task <br /> Request assistance from School district for equipment use, <br /> Prepare the site for boardwalk, <br /> Install boardwalk, <br /> Finish with necessary handicap requirements (railing, etc.), <br /> Have boardwalk inspected by professional <br /> <br />September, 1995 ... Dedicate the Boardwalk with City of Ramsey, RELA Committee, <br /> Volunteers, Ramsey students, community members <br /> <br />* Provide budget detail, total resources required, sources of these resources, volunteer <br />participation and how the project meets the minimum match of 50 percent, cash or labor. If the <br />project requires less than a a 50% match please demonstrate. <br /> <br />(See attached sheets.) <br /> <br /> * Provide a listing of project participants and their involvement. <br /> <br /> RELA Committee: Members will assist in the organization and completion of the project. <br />They will anticipate problems, help in the planning process, request assistance from the various <br /> <br /> <br />
