about getting "Slow" signs and he has been told that the signs are not allowed; however, <br />there is a "Watch for Pedestrian" sign by LeToumeaus. <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowski stated that the City does have a policy about signs and he feels the "slow" <br />signs are ineffective. If we get into "Watch for Children" signs, we will have to just issue <br />them at request. He stated a four-way stop sign would not be warranted but added that it <br />would not be the only unwarranted stop sign in the City. <br /> <br />Mr. Dusbabek declared that going through the proper procedure is not working and asked <br />about trying something different. He again summarized the options he presented earlier. <br />He then inquired what will transpire from this. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman informed him that this will come before the City Council and <br />they may look at temporarily closing 171 st. <br /> <br />Mr. Dusbabek expressed his appreciation and also apologized if he seems to be pointing <br />blame. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />recommend that Council vote to temporarily close off 171st Avenue at Bison Street until <br />Bison Street connects with Trott Brook Ridge. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Beahen and Zimmerman. Voting No: <br />None. <br /> <br />Case #3: Transportation Impact Fees <br /> <br />Due to lack of time, the Committee tabled this case. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
