Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Public Hearing for Improvement Project #95-18; The <br />Construction of Sanitary Sewer and Watermain to River/47 <br />Plaza Addition <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:09 p.m. in order <br />to conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that the proposal for the extension of sewer and water to <br />River/47 Plaza Addition only involves assessment to the developers. He advised that the <br />total estimated cost is $84,100, however the City will receive assessments for the project in <br />excess of the project cost because of trunk assessments for sewer and water. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None, <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to close <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beahen, <br />Beyer, and Peterson.
