City <br />Staff recommends final plat approval. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt <br />Resolution /t95-07-149 granting final plat approval to Northfork Oaks 2nd Addition <br />contingent upon drafting a satisfactory agreement with Mr. Charles Delaney of Armstrong <br />Kennels and entering into a development agreement with the City. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Beahen, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case 05: <br /> <br />Adopt Proposed Ordinance Vacating a Portion of the Drainage <br />and Utility Easements Across the Eastern Portion of Lots 10 <br />and 11, Block 1, Northfork Highlands Addition <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder reported that the developer of Northfork Highlands Addition <br />have requested the vacation of a portion of the drainage and utility easement that covers the <br />eastern portion of lots 10 and 11. The City Engineer has reviewed the proposed vacation <br />and indicated that there is sufficient area remaining for drainage requirements. The City <br />Council introduced this proposed ordinance on June 27, 1995, and it is now available for <br />formal adoption. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt <br />Ordinance 995-11 authorizing vacation of the drainage and utility easements dedicated <br />along the eastern portion of Lot 10 and Lot 11, Block 1 of Northfork Highlands Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beahen, Peterson, Beyer, <br />and Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Adopt Proposed Ordinance Vacating Drainage & Utility <br />Easements that were Dedicated with Ramsey 67 Industrial Park <br />2nd Addition <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder reported that the City is in the process of completing the <br />platting of Business Park 95 which is comprised of the recently purchased industrial <br />property that was a part of the Ramsey 67 Industrial Park 2nd Addition. With the original <br />platting of the property, the City acquired the traditional 10-foot wide drainage and utility <br />easements. These easements will not run through the interior of the newly created lots with <br />the Business Park 95 Addition, and the City will be rededicating the 10-foot easements <br />around each of the newly created lots. The City Council previously introduced this <br />proposed ordinance, and it is now available for formal adoption. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adopt <br />Ordinance g95-12 authorizing vacation of the drainage and utility easements in RAMSEY <br />67 INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND ADDITION,'Anoka County, Minnesota, according to <br />the record plat thereof. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beahen, <br />Beyer, and Peterson.
