Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Public Hearing for Improvement Project //95-19; Extension of <br />Sanitary Sewer and Water to the Deal Industrial Park <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin announced he would abstain from discussion of this case and also from <br />voting. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that Improvement Project//95-19 is the extension and <br />construction of the extension of sanitary sewer and water to the Deal Industrial Park. <br />Because the City has received a petition representing 100 percent of the benefitted property <br />owners, Council may adopt a resolution ordering the project this evening. <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting 7:19 <br />p.m.in order to conduct the public heating. <br /> <br />PIjbli~ Heltrin~ <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson called the public hearing to order at 7:19 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that the extension of sewer and water to the Deal Industrial <br />Park will be extended off of the Anoka Electric Cooperative extension. The watermain will <br />run along the north side of Highway #10. A total of $213,500 is anticipated with $85,700 <br />coming from the trunk fund and $127,800 will be funded by direct assessment to the Deal <br />plat. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to close the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Peterson, Beahen, Beyer and Zimmerman. <br />Voting No: None.
