#8: 95-08: Sealcoat and Crack Fill to Sortebergs 6th Addition Mayor Hardin closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:22 p.m. in order to conduct the public hearing. Public Hearine Mayor Hardin called the public hearing to order at 7:22 p.m. Dan Goepfert, 7601 - 163rd N.W., Ramsey, stated he received the letter pertaining to the assessment and inquired if this was the total regardless of whether you have one lot or more. Mr. Jankowski stated that there is no assessment on the outlot owned by Mr. Goepfert as it is deemed unbuildable. Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to close the public hearing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beyer, Beahen and Peterson. Voting No: None. The public hearing closed at 7:25 p.m. Council Business Mayor Hardin called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:25 p.m. Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt Resolution g95-09-227 adopting assessment for Improvement Project g95-08 (Sealcoat and crack fill to Sortebexgs 6th Addition). Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beahen, Beyer, Peterson and Zimmennan. Voting No: None. #9: 95-09: Bituminous Overlay Improvements to Sport Haven/Carol Rose Addition Mayor Hardin closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:25 p.m. in order to conduct the public hearing. public Hearing Mayor Hardin called the public hearing to order at 7:25 p.m. Steve and Betty Johnston, 17501 Baugh Street N.W., Ramsey, stated they have a comer lot and do not have access to the overlayed street.
