D.B.A. Lighthouse Bar & Grill Police Chief Auspos stated that Barnyard Entertainment Inc. d.b.a., Lighthouse Bar and Grill has applied for an on-sale/Sunday liquor license at the former Big Shots. Barnyard Inc. has made application for the license and it is being processed; however, since the applicant has not supplied sufficient information, Chief Auspos asked that Council not address this issue further than to conduct a public hearing at this meeting. Mayor Hardin adjourned the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:02 p.m. in order to conduct the public hearing. Public Hearing, Citizen Input None Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to close the public heating. Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beahen and Peterson. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Beyer. The public hearing adjourned at 7:02 p.m. Council Business Mayor Hardin called the regular Council meeting back to order at 7:02 p.m. and announced that this case would be placed back on the October 24, 1995 Council meeting. Case #lA: Request to Rezone Certain Property from B-3 Highway Business to R-1 Urban Residential; Case of L.A.N.D. Properties Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that Dana Grosslein of L.A.N.D. Properties has applied to rezone that part of PIN 34-32-25-14-0017 lying south of Riverdale Drive from B-3 Highway Business to R-1 Urban Residential. Prior to the City's extension of Riverdale Drive, the subject property was one parcel with the property now located on the north side of Riverdale Drive. That part of the property on the north side of Riverdale Drive will retain its commercial zoning. The Planning Commission conducted a public heating and are recommending approval of the rezoning.
