D.B.A. Lighthouse Bar & <br /> Grill <br /> <br />Police Chief Auspos stated that Barnyard Entertainment Inc. d.b.a., Lighthouse Bar and Grill has <br />applied for an on-sale/Sunday liquor license at the former Big Shots. Barnyard Inc. has made <br />application for the license and it is being processed; however, since the applicant has not supplied <br />sufficient information, Chief Auspos asked that Council not address this issue further than to <br />conduct a public hearing at this meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin adjourned the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:02 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing, <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to close the <br />public heating. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beahen and Peterson. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Beyer. <br /> <br />The public hearing adjourned at 7:02 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the regular Council meeting back to order at 7:02 p.m. and announced that <br />this case would be placed back on the October 24, 1995 Council meeting. <br /> <br />Case #lA: Request to Rezone Certain Property from B-3 Highway Business to <br /> R-1 Urban Residential; Case of L.A.N.D. Properties <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that Dana Grosslein of L.A.N.D. Properties has applied to <br />rezone that part of PIN 34-32-25-14-0017 lying south of Riverdale Drive from B-3 Highway <br />Business to R-1 Urban Residential. Prior to the City's extension of Riverdale Drive, the subject <br />property was one parcel with the property now located on the north side of Riverdale Drive. That <br />part of the property on the north side of Riverdale Drive will retain its commercial zoning.
