Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beahen, Zimmerman, Beyer <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />3) Request for Change Order for River's Bend 4th Addition <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski explained that Improvement Project g95-17 calls for some <br />additional storm pipe to drain back yards around the cul-de-sac in River's Bend 4th <br />Addition. The southern most cul-de-sac was already anticipated and this change order asks <br />for a similar price. It's basically putting a pipe where there was a swell before. He added <br />that he is "more comfortable" with this. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to <br />authorize the Change Order in the amount of $4,262.40 for River's Bend 4th Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beahen, Beyer <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case 09: Report from Finance Committee <br /> <br />1) Proposed 1996 - 2001 Capital Improvement Program <br /> <br />Finance Officer Hart stated that the 1996 - 2001 Capital Improvement Program information <br />was not available. The Finance Committee tabled action and directed staff to place the <br />information on the November 14, 1995, Council consent agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to reaff'nxn <br />that action. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Beahen <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />2) Public Works Facility Update <br /> <br />Finance Officer Hart explained that there is additional landscaping needed at the Public <br />Works facility and also exterior facility improvements. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to reaff'umq the <br />authorization to proceed with the exterior improvements for the Public Works facility. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beyer, Beahen, Peterson <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />3) Proposed 1996 Water and Sewer Fund Budgets and Rate Structures <br /> <br />Finance Officer Hart stated that the Finance Committee reviewed the water and sewer rate <br />funds. The budgets indicate that the rates should increase in order to support the funds. <br />No action is required on this case. <br /> <br />4) Review of the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges <br /> <br />Finance Officer Hart explained that the Finance Committee reviewed numerous rates. The <br />rates and increases were approved with the exception of the septic permit.
