NOV Z8 '95 15:~ 50HHSOH & ZOHHSOH EXHIBIT "B" P'~

November 28, 1995

TO:

RE:

Council Members
City of Ramsey

Old Town Hall

I was raised on a farm in Ramsey. The farm is still owned and
occupied by the family. My elementary eduction was accomplished
at the old "Trotbrook" school. My memory of your old "Town Hall"
preceeds the "Town Hall" days to the time of its elementary
school days.

History is so very important. Demonstrative history is even more
important for Kids. To know something about the past and the
simplicity and hardships that were a part of life at that time
are very important in a very subjective way.

It is my understanding that the Council has the future of that
building under consideration. I respectfully urge you to take
the action necessary to preserve the old "Town Hall" for the
benefit of the children and future generations.

Sincerely,

Robert W.
