Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: Land Use Planning Workshops <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden and Commissioners Deemer and Hendriksen directed Staff to register them <br />for attending the Land Use Planning Workshop entitled "Beyond the Basics" on April 7, 1994. <br /> <br />Case ~'/: Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden inquired about the status of an architectural review ordinance, and Ms. Frolik <br />replied that Staff had not had a chance to prepare anything yet. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer suggested using Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) monies to <br />move the old schoolhouse to the Anoka County Fairgrounds and then turn it over to the Fair Board <br />and/or Historical Society. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik stated that CDBG funds will not cover moving the schoolhouse, only preserving it. <br />Commissioner Deemer stated that the problem remains that "it is in the way." <br /> <br />Case #8: Zoning Bulletin and Zoning News <br /> <br />This information was noted by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br /> Planning & Zoning Commission/February 1, 1994 <br /> Page 8 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
