I am opposed to a use permit being granted <br />to them for several reasons Including: increased traffic and <br />parking on the street; probable damage to pavement caused by <br />the semi trucks; and decreased re-sale value .of our home. <br /> <br />l~e have lived on Bowers Drive for two years, and our entire <br />family has come to really appreciate this friendly and quiet <br />neighborhood. ~/e want It lo remain a residential neighborhood. <br />I believe true cottage industries are beneficial for many <br />families and should be encouraged, but residential <br />neighborhoods are zoned "residential" for a reason.
