COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AFIE~~NT, 1993 <br /> <br />In 1993, the City of Ramsey submitted a plan amendment to expand <br />its MUSA to mainly accommodate further residential development <br />(with some minor additions for commercial and industrial <br />development). As of this writing, the Metropolitan Council has <br />not acted on this plan amendment. (See figure 7). <br /> <br />As part of this plan amendment, however, the City of Ramsey <br />provided historical data on residential development patterns in <br />the city.
