Absent: Commissioners LaDue and Terry. <br /> <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />The Commission noted the following City Council meeting minutes: <br /> <br />1) City Council public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated April 26, 1994. <br /> <br />2) City Council public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated May 10, 1994. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden adjourned the regular Planning Commission meeting at 7:33 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearings: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Request for an Interim Use Permit for a Temporary Structure; Case of Listul Industries, <br />Inc. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Request for Revised Preliminary Plat Approval of Chestnut Hill; Case of Good Value <br />Homes. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the regular Planning Commission meeting back to order at 8:16 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to delete from the <br />agenda Case #3: Request for Revised Preliminary Plat of Chestnut Hill; Case of John Peterson, <br />Good Value Homes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland, <br />Hendriksen, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners LaDue and Terry. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request for an Interim Use Permit for a Temporary Structure; Case <br />of Listul Industries, Inc. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik advised that Listul Industries has applied for an interim use permit to <br />place a temporary structure at 6300 Industry Avenue N.W. She explained the structure is <br />approximately 500 square feet in size and will be used to provide additional office space for the <br />operation until Listul can construct a new and larger facility in Ramsey. She noted that she <br />received a phone message from Paul Bryzinski of CAPCO, a business adjacent to Listul <br />Industries, requesting that the Commission consider requiring Listul to place the temporary <br />structure behind their fenceline. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission proceeded to review the Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Thorud that #1 through #7 <br />would remain as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Thorud, <br />Hendriksen, and Holland. Voting No: None.
