Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to amend #8 to read <br />"That the proposed temporary structure will increase traffic to or from the subject property." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Hendriksen, <br />Holland, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners LaDue and Terry. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to amend #9 <br />through #13 in the affirmative. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Hendriksen, <br />Holland, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners LaDue and Terry. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to add a finding to read <br />"That the proposed temporary structure is already on site." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Thorud, <br />Hendriksen, and Holland. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners LaDue and Terry. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to recommend that City <br />Council adopt the Findings of Fact, as amended, relating to a request for an interim use permit for <br />a temporary structure from Listul Industries, Inc. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland, <br />Hendriksen, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners LaDue and Terry. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission proceeded to review the terms of the interim use permit. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Holland to amend #5 to <br />require the Permit Holder to maintain a minimum balance of $500 in his escrow account until such <br />time as the permit expires and the temporary structure has been removed from the property. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Hendriksen, Holland, <br />Deemer, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners LaDue and Terry. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to add a term to read <br />"There shall be on-site, off-street parking for all employees." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland, <br />Hendriksen, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners LaDue and Terry. <br /> <br />Noting the phone call received from Mr. Bryzinski of CAPCO, Commissioner Hendriksen <br />inquired as to where the structure is currently placed. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated that if the structure were placed behind the fenceline, it would <br />obstruct access to the loading doors of the main building. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to recommend that City <br />Council approve the request for an interim use permit to expire on June 30, 1995 for a temporary <br />structure from Listul Industries, Inc. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Thorud, <br />Hendriksen, and Holland. Voting No: None.
