Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Holland, Deemer,
Hendriksen, LaDue, Terry, and Thomd. Voting No: None.

Case #8: Monthly Status Report

Commissioner Deemer inquired as to why the Parks Commission did not present their most current
Parks and Trail Plan to the Planning Commission at this meeting.

Zoning Administrator Frolik reported that the parks and trails map is in preparation and hasn't had
a review by the Park and Recreation Commission yet. She noted that they intend to present it to
the Planning Commission at November's meeting.

Commissioner Deemer noted that there were several questions referred to the City Attorney that are
more than four months old. He added that the pending staff direction to Economic Development
Coordinator Gromberg, dated 6/6/94, is now irrelevant.

Commissioner Deemer and City Engineer Jankowski discussed the previous recommendation of
the Planning Commission regarding the thoroughfare setback and its status.

Chairperson Bawden noted that the Economic Development Commission postponed their meeting
until October 20th, and that such action just further delays the process of the Comprehensive Plan
Amendment.

Ms. Frolik stated that this was to allow time for the consultants to furnish them with data.

Case g9: Zoning Bulletin and Zoning News

Commissioner Deemer noted several pertinent cases.

COMMISSION INPUT

None

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the meeting.

Motion carded.
