Mr. Jankowski stated that if it were platted for two 10-acre lots, then the buyer could put the house
anywhere on that 10 acres.

Mr. Olson stated that this is a nice area for two 10-acre lots, but if you put 14 houses there it will
be a mess.

Mr. Jankowski agreed that 14 may be too many, but he was certain it could accommodate more
than 2.

Mr. Olson inquired whether the additional traffic could be eliminated on 151 st Lane by accessing
these two lots from 143rd Lane.

Mr. Jankowski advised that this was not an option because one would have to traverse wetland in
order to put a road in there.

Jim Green, 5858 151st Lane N.W. - inquired why it is permitted to dig in the wetland behind the
school to put in the sewer and water.

Mr. Jankowski explained that filling in the wetland is not allowed. He advised that once trenching
through the wetland is done, the wetland will return.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Commissioner Holland and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to adjourn the
public hearing.

Motion carried.
