PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY - <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 6, 1994 at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden (arrived at 8:30 p.m.) <br />Commissioner Ben Deemer <br />Commissioner Terry Hendfiksen <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Charles I.aDue <br />Commissioner Bradley Thomd <br /> <br />Members Absent: Commissioner Michael Terry <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />Bill Smith, Biko Associates <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Hendriksen called the regular Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:33 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik noted that the public hearing for the Amendment to Section 9.03.04 of <br />the Ramsey City Code Entitled Conditional Use Permits was inadvertently left off the agenda but <br />that it did receive proper notification in the newspaper, so the public hearing should be held <br />tonight. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to approve the agenda as <br />amended to include the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Hendriksen, Commissioners Deemer, LaDue, <br />Holland, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Bawden and Commissioner <br />Terry. <br /> <br />APPROVE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to approve the <br />following Planning Commission minutes: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Public Hearing minutes regarding a request for preliminary plat approval of Townhouses of <br />Rum River Hills; case of Wilbur Dom and Thomas Anderson, dated November 1, 1994. <br /> <br />Planning Commission/December 6, 1994 <br /> Page 1 of 12 <br /> <br /> <br />
